Goal:
The primary goal of our Advanced Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening seminar is to provide comprehensive information on the effects of AIS on mechanical strain and the potential for therapeutic release as well as information for treating a large percentage of problems in all regions of the body.
This includes symptoms, tissue considerations and specific treatment protocols.We will focus on creating tools for the therapist to build a solid practice around the far-reaching effects of the AIS technique.
