All Active Isolated Stretching lectures explain the fundamental differences of AIS namely the active agonist muscle contractions and the 2-second rule. These lecture vary in length from1 to 4 hours, Whether the lecture is geared towards a specific sport or any other group interested in their own health and well-being, their AIS lecture will help to demystify common misconceptions about stretching while at the same time building helpful life-tools that will gain the participant measurable results.

The AIS Lectures are created to illustrate how an individual can stretch properly without endangering the joints, muscles or connective tissue.
